The majority of properties located in Weisenberg Township utilize on-lot well and septic systems. Any new, upgrade or repairs to an on-lot septic system must contact the township Sewage Enforcement Officer for permits.

Public Septic & Water
If your property is serviced by public water and sewer your provider is Lehigh County Authority. This service is invoiced directly to the customer.
The only exception is for houses along Hailey Court and Mohr Lane in the Aberdeen Hills Subdivision. These homes are connected to a community on-lot system that is maintained and billed through the Township.

Private On-Lot Well
A permit is not required to drill a private well. However, DEP provides a library of information to address many questions from homeowners about their private-owned wells.
